These terms are an agreement between you and The Gloss Vault. When you use this website, buy a wash or join the Unlimited Wash Club, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or the service.

We sell single express washes and monthly Unlimited Wash Club memberships. Current packages and prices are listed on our services page. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

Our payment provider processes online purchases. Your order is accepted when the payment is approved and you receive a confirmation. We can refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a price is shown in error, or if the service is not available.

Everything we sell is a service delivered at our site. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical merchandise to return. When your payment is approved, you receive an emailed receipt and a wash code or an active membership account. This normally takes a few minutes and always takes less than 24 hours. You redeem your purchase in person at 3142 S. Brentwood Blvd. If your receipt or code does not arrive, call (314) 304-1039 or write to info@theglossvaultstl.com and we will send it again.

A membership covers one vehicle and is tied to that vehicle's license plate or window tag. You cannot share or transfer it. The membership bills automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period, and standard monthly pricing applies after that period ends. You authorize us to charge the card on file for each renewal.

You can cancel at any time by phone, by email or in person. Cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date so that the change takes effect for that month. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Our refund policy explains what we refund.

Keep your contact and payment details current. If a payment fails, we can suspend the membership until the balance is paid. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Information you enter on this site is stored on the systems of our website host, our point of sale provider and our payment processor, all in the United States. We share it with those providers only so that they can do work for us. We do not sell it and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Our privacy policy sets this out in full.

Obey the posted rules and the instructions of our staff at all times. Fold in your mirrors, retract the antenna, close the windows, and follow the directions for the conveyor. Do not enter with a damaged or modified vehicle, an oversized vehicle, an open load in a truck bed, or an unsecured accessory.

An automatic wash carries normal risk. We are not responsible for damage to loose, aftermarket, damaged or badly fitted parts. This includes trim, moldings, mirrors, wipers, spoilers, antennas, bike racks and truck bed covers. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust or paint that is already failing. Report any damage claim to an attendant before you leave the property.

Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break into it, copy it, scrape it, or interfere with how it works.

The Gloss Vault name, logo, text, images and site design belong to us or to our licensors. Do not reuse them without our written permission.

This website and its content are supplied as they are. We do not promise that the site will be free of errors or that it will always be available.

So far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that wash or for that month of membership. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Missouri law governs these terms. Any dispute will be heard by the state or federal courts that serve St. Louis County, Missouri.

We can update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site or the service, you accept the current version.
