The Gloss Vault operates an express car wash at 3142 S. Brentwood Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63119. You can reach us at (314) 304-1039 or info@theglossvaultstl.com. This policy applies to theglossvaultstl.com and to the online purchase and membership pages we link to from this site.

You give us information when you buy a wash, join the Unlimited Wash Club, or send us a message. That information can include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, vehicle make and model, license plate number, and the wash package you select. If you contact us, we keep the message you send.

Card payments are handled by our payment processor and by the point of sale system at the wash. Your full card number goes into their systems, not ours. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits of the card, and the amount charged. This website does not store full card numbers.

When you visit this site, our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical data. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to measure how it is used.

We use your information to take payment and deliver the wash or membership you bought, to activate and manage your Unlimited Wash Club account, to read your license plate at the entry lane, to send receipts and renewal notices, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve this site and our service.

We share information with the service providers that run this website, our point of sale system, our payment processing and our email. Those providers may use the information only to do work for us. We also disclose information when the law requires it, and to a buyer if the business is sold. We do not sell your personal information and we do not rent it to anyone.

Information collected through this website is stored on the systems of our website host, our point of sale provider and our payment processor. These systems are located in the United States. Access is limited to the staff and providers who need it to run the business.

This site uses an encrypted connection. We limit account access and we use providers that keep payment industry security standards. No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is safe from every risk.

We keep membership and purchase records while your account is open, and afterwards for the period our tax and accounting duties require. We delete or anonymize information that we no longer need.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
